Meet Amanda

Amanda is approachable, easy-going, and down to earth — and she values the therapeutic relationships she builds with every client and family she works with. She brings 11 years of experience across hospice and bereavement care, in-home therapy, crisis residential services, juvenile probation, and outpatient practice.

She opened her private practice in Doylestown in 2023, after years of community-based work that shaped the honest, eclectic, and collaborative approach she brings to every session.

More about Amanda

Who Amanda works with

Children, ages 5+

Individual therapy, grief counseling, ADHD evaluations, and practical parenting support alongside the work.

Teens

Space to be heard, including specialized experience with teens involved in the juvenile probation system.

Adults

Grief and bereavement, life transitions like divorce, career change, or caregiving, and the weight of supporting someone seriously ill.

Families

Sessions for families of every shape and size, plus elder care planning, custody evaluations, and bereavement support.

Two exceptions: Amanda does not offer couples therapy, and ADHD evaluations are for children and teens only, not adults.

What sessions look like

The first session is a conversation, not an intake interrogation. From there you build a plan together, meet for about 50 minutes at a pace that fits your life, and — with your consent — bring in the people who help build communication and trust.
